So I made some chin-chin last night (its been long so I was craving some) and this morning I wanted something to sooth my sweet tooth African style😉😉 so the chin-chin sprang up! After I had served my kiddies a handful of chin-chin and milk and sat down to eat mine, I saw my daughter just add her share of chin-chin into her milk cup and at first thought I was like what the h***ll are you doing? then it hit me! Chin-chin parfait!💃💃💃
Sometimes weird things turn out to be brilliant ideas. Things we wouldn’t think of by ourselves! Think outside the box! I’m so glad my daughter does not shy away from trying out new things! See now mummy is learning from her daughter! So I popped into my zeelicious lab and got me a handful of different fruits, berries and greek yoghurt, layered everything and that was it!

Chin-chin yoghurt parfait
This is the perfect yoghurt parfait African style with lots of fresh fruits, nuts and greek yoghurt. It’s deliciousness in a bowl suitable for breakfast, as a snack or evening for dinner!
250g plain Greek yoghurt
25g Cashew Nuts
- Wash your fruits and leave to drain.
- Layer. first greek yoghurt, then fruits, then nuts, next yoghurt and then more fruits in a bowl, jar or glass.
- You can use any fruit or nut of choice.
