It’s amazing how nature caters for our needs with brightly-colored fruits and vegetables.
I love colors. I think I’ve said that before. You see, colors add pop to anything. Not only pop, but eating a mixture of different-colored foods nourishes you with a variety of nutrients that the body needs to stay healthy. That is why it is often recommended to “eat the rainbow”.
