I started to take weight loss seriously 5 months+ ago when i had to go to the hospital for something and during normal preliminary checks, I was told my blood pressure was high. I was at my highest weight ever, 100kg and that was when I decided to do something about it. I started eating less, sometimes totally skipping meals and all but the weight kept fluctuating. I was fluctuating between 95kg and 97kg when I heard about Take Ya Shape on twitter and decided to sign up.
The meal plans were amazing and there was plenty to choose from, I didn’t have to starve myself and because I could mix and match some things. I was eating and not feeling hungry and shedding inches too. The juices were my favorite. I absolutely loved them.
Zita had our time ehn. I wondered how though because every time I logged into the group, she was there encouraging us. The meal plans always came every week and they were so detailed with recipes and all. Take Ya Shape was an amazing experience, in 2 months I’m down to 88kg and I’ve been armed with info to shed some more! Warriors Oyeh!
