Cooking yellow maize is quite easy. Once you have brought water to a boil, add maize flour and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add maize flour, stir untill flour is evenly distributed, add water depending on how soft you want your fufu to be. Let it cook for 10 mins. You will know your fufu corn is cooked when it is sticky to the touch. Because maize is a carbohydrate rich food, it must be eaten in its right portion. Like every other carbohydrate food, fill 1/4 of your plate with yellow maize fufu.
