Hey, fam! Hope your week went faaaabulously well. It’s week 7 and I’ve got really delicious meals on your plan this week. You’ll be enjoying meals like butternut squash porridge, grilled fish beef suya skewers on green leafy salads and lots more. Yum. If you are new to our ‘Eat healthy 365 challenge’, please read more about our low-carb African diet. For more foodspiration, here is our meal plan for week 6 and week 5. We also introduced intermittent fasting last week. I hope you could cope!. Just a quick question before we get to the meal plan, have you gotten grips on how to prep your meals? I hope you have as prepping meals save time in the kitchen on weekdays and you always have healthy meals readily available so you don’t fall into temptation.
I began prepping my meals for the week today and good grief, I’m broke! Just thinking about the dishes waiting for me in the kitchen, ouff! *faints* But no pain, no gain right? I made butternut squash porridge today and I’ll be having cabbage stir-fry, okra soup packed with dry fish and butternut squash fufu. Yum! Make sure to drink, drink, drink and include physical activity, 3 to 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes.
