Welcome to the “30 Days of Real Food” page. The idea behind this challenge is to draw attention to how much our society has shifted from traditionally grown and cooked food and how most people have become dependent on processed Food. From September 01 to September 30 2015 I challenge to go for 30 days eating real unprocessed traditionally grown and prepared Foods only. You can find the rules here
My family and I started this journey in November of 2014 to prove that a modern African family living in Europe didn’t have to rely on packaged factory-made convenience or fast foods on a daily basis and we have never regretted it. We also wanted to experience what it would be like to seek out the real food in our processed food world, and to be quite honest, though it was not easy and still is not, we have learnt a whole lot from this experience. I hope that you will take the challenge and discover for yourself what a huge difference eating whole foods can make in your health and Lifestyle.
