Consultation Phase 1:
The first session will include a comprehensive nutritional care plan and specific goals you can reach using science-based health and nutrition theories. You will receive specific recommendations and strategies. Medical history, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, and exercise habits will all be analyzed during this phase.
Consultation Phase 2: Follow up appointments
Depending on your goals and your schedule, follow up appointments will be flexible. But the rule of the thumb is
Follow up for weight loss: once every two weeks. Could be stretched was eating habits and general lifestyle behavior positively changes.

Our last consultation will include a post weight loss assessment. Including BIA analysis.

Healthy cooking classes in the comfort of your own home
In home cooking classes, you will learn how to cook the foods you love to eat in a relaxing environment. Healthy cooking classes will focus on creating food that strives to best nurture the body by providing maximum nutrients and good stuff (vitamins, minerals, bulk fiber, “good” fats, etc.) and minimum “bad stuff” (overly-processed foods, “bad” fat, unnecessary sugar, empty calories, etc.) IHL will help you look at your cooking through a more health-conscious lens and to consciously prepare healthier and quick meals for yourself and your family.

With our society becoming tech savvy, it’s no wonder opportunities are now available to help us take care of our health over the Internet. One of these areas is online nutrition consulting. IHL will provide online nutrition counseling, using skype (video conferencing), phone and email. You will meet the dietitian virtually from the comfort of your own home.

Upon receipt of payment I will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your initial consultation via Skype or phone. I try very hard to schedule your first consultation within a week of payment however depending on work load you may experience a longer delay.
