Geez, it’s October my lovelies. I can’t imagine we are in the 10th month of the year already. Tis the season for peppersoup. Yum! I started driving school just a month ago and guys, let me tell you, the highway cannot kill me. Chai! The speed at which they want me to drive eh, my heart, my heart! I do not know how most people do it. Fear will not let me be. Hmmm, Jesus must take the wheel.
I’ll be taking the theory test next week Monday. Yes, I am prepared but still have some insecurities here and there. I’m keeping my fingers crossed so please pray for Auntie Zee.
Meanwhile, I will be kicking off with another challenge. This time it is the SUPA boot camp: a 3-month intensive weight loss challenge whereby, I will cleanse my body, flush fat and tone up along with other SUPA weight warriors. Want to join? Click here!
You know challenges keep me motivated on this weight loss journey. Last month’s African Keto challenge was so good. So many of you bought the e-cookbook, joined and were thrilled. I shared four African Keto-friendly recipes on my YouTube channel. From beefy cabbage stir-fry, meatballed scotch eggs to seafood spinach and efo riro my way. This month, I’ll be sharing Quick fix recipes on YouTube, so be sure to SUBSCRIBE. Watch me cook below.
Oh, did I mention, I started working out at the gym again today? I want to get my muscles pumping. There’s a lot of toning I’ve got to do trust me. My tummy is one of those problem areas (insert teary face). I’ve scheduled 3 times a week for this month for Abs, butt and arms attack. I’ll definitely keep you guys posted.
And oh, I have a new baby brother, Dy. He’s 22. He moved in with us at the beginning of the month (October) and will be starting university in a week’s time. I’ve never known him before. But he needed a home in a strange man’s land. Who am I to say no to a divine assignment? I’m looking to God for further direction. Will keep you posted.
To all my foodie members in Cameroon and Las Vegas, please be safe. I pray the host of angelic armies protect you and your from all that’s going on right now. Hoping this will be an October to remember.
Warm hugs & blessings,
