What I really appreciated about this “diet” was that it was more of a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. More importantly, we were using foods that we know. Foods that we grew up eating. Just cooking them in a healthier way. The other big thing was portion control. Oh dear, portion control… that was not easy either. But guess what, after some time, I got used to it and it became fun.
Shape Up African. What can I say? It’s the way to go. I would strongly recommend this to anybody who is struggling, not only with weight loss but just with eating healthy. The truth is, if you eat healthily, losing weight becomes an obvious by-product to everyone out there, men or women, try this. It’s simply magic.
So, I am attaching a couple of my wedding pictures. the Shape Up African program helped me have beautiful pictures. I’m so grateful. A huge thank you. After all the excesses of the festive season, I am continuing on this journey. (even in the midst of all the festivities, I at least kept up with the gym, because, once you start this journey, it becomes a lifestyle. And that is the real beauty of it all.
And that is just the beginning of my journey. A huge thank you to Aunty Zee.
